A&M Records
American Retro Apparel
A&M Records was an American record label by Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss in 1962. Due to the success of the discography, the label garnered interest and was acquired by PolyGram in 1989, and later subsumed into Geffen. Releases ranged from 70s legends Supertramp and CeCe Peniston to 90s greats like Gin Blossoms, Sheryl Crow and grunge greats Soundgarden. A cool piece of music history, defunct since 1999. Great gift for record store dwellers, crate diggers. Awesome gift for musicians.
