Hegewisch Records & Tapes

Hegewisch Records & Tapes was an independent music retailer associated with Chicago's South Side and surrounding communities. Remembered for its selection of vinyl records and cassette tapes, the store served music fans during an era when neighborhood record shops were important destinations for discovering new releases and searching for favorite albums.
