Camelot Music

Camelot Music was a popular American record-store chain and a familiar sight in shopping malls across the country for decades. Founded in Ohio in 1956, the company grew into a major music retailer selling vinyl records, cassette tapes, CDs, videos, and music-related merchandise. For generations of shoppers, Camelot was the place to browse the latest releases, discover new artists, and spend an afternoon flipping through albums and tapes at the mall. The Camelot Music name eventually disappeared following mergers and changes in the music-retail business, but it remains a nostalgic reminder of the golden age of mall record stores. This piece of apparel is part of our Music Stores Collection.
