Thunder 94 (WRLG) was a great modern rock station in Nashville, Tennessee. In the mid 1990s, it provided Nashville with music that truly fit the definition of "alternative", but in October 1997, facing intense pressure from 103 KDF, Tuned In Broadcasting pulled the plug on Thunder 94.
