A conversion of a former drugstore, the Buckhead Art Cinema was an adult cinema, which operated from around 1969 in Atlanta, Georgia. On August 28, 1970 it became the Buckhead Cinema, playing regular movies (with an adult theme), but in September 1970 it reverted back to screening adult movies which continued until the late-1990’s. It was converted into a bar, and was demolished in 2005.
