Casa Gallardo

Ramón Gallardo was the founder of the Casa Gallardo. The first location opened in St. Louis in 1975. It was very successful and before the second location opened, General Mills gave him a a multimillion-dollar buyout. Casa Gallardo expanded to more than 30 locations in the US.
