Crystal Grill

Operating at 423 Carrollton Avenue in Greenwood, Mississippi since 1936, the Crystal Grill evolved from a 60-seat diner known as the Elite Cafe into an expansive 250-seat culinary destination. It drew visitors from across the country with a distinctive menu that blended authentic Greek heritages, Italian fare, and traditional Delta staples. Regulars and tourists traveled hours to feast on their massive hamburger steaks, hot tamales, fried catfish, and fresh yeast rolls.
