Elite Restaurant
American Retro Apparel
The Elite Restaurant was opened in 1947 by Greek immigrant brothers Peter "Mr. Pete" and Jimmy Zouboukos. The legendary eatery operated at 141 E. Capitol Street for 72 years. The family-run landmark was celebrated for its nostalgic atmosphere, complete with its famous animated neon sign of a fish jumping into a frying pan and classic turquoise leather booths. This shirt is a part of our Mississippi Matchbook & Postcard Collection.
