Gibbs' Pizza was a popular local pizza chain in Jackson, Mississippi, during the 1970s and 1980s. It is fondly remembered by longtime residents who frequented its local spots, including a notable location near the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) and another in the Canton Mart Square shopping center.
