KDEO - San Diego, CA
American Retro Apparel

KDEO 910 AM was a popular San Diego Top 40 radio station during the 1960s, remembered for bringing rock and roll hits to Southern California listeners. Known as “Radio 91,” KDEO featured energetic disc jockeys, catchy jingles, listener contests, and the latest music from the Beatles, Beach Boys, and other stars of the era. The station became a memorable part of San Diego's early rock radio scene, competing for young listeners during the height of the British Invasion and the surf music craze. Although the KDEO call letters eventually disappeared from the San Diego airwaves, Radio 91 remains a nostalgic name for those who grew up listening to AM radio in the 1960s.
