Portland Storm
American Retro Apparel
The Portland Storm played one season in the World Football League in 1974. The team qualified for the playoffs, but the league decided to change the playoffs from 8 to 6 teams at the last minute, forcing the team out of the playoffs. The Storm folded soon after due to financial problems and was replaced the next season by a new team; The Portland Thunder. The league itself folded due to financial problems in the middle of the season causing the Thunder to play less than a season.
