Founded in 1933 by Joseph Sparr, Sparr's Drug Store was located on the corner of Huntington & Longwood Avenues in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Sparr's also had a famous lunch counter & full-service soda fountain, appealing to casual & regular customers. The store closed in 2002, and the building was sold to Harvard Medical School.
